@larry – that’s a cool band and great song. i, too, have been listening to a lot of Brewster’s new material and it had really grown on me. lol to the rush hour driving!

I actually have been listening to a song by a band called The Reaching (Myspace.com/thereachingwa), song “Shining like the Stars”.

I used to play with the lead vocal, so its nice to see my former bud create a beautiful song. I have been getting into this “sound” more than a band…. I’ve listened to Lincoln Brewster’s New Album, Snow Patrol’s, and Any Chris Tomlin.
I’ve decided that Tomlin and Brewster should unite for an album- Lincoln with the guitar skillz and Tomlin with the songwriting.

Oh, and David Crowder is on steady rotation in my car for rush hour driving… cuz thats when we need Jesus.

Ambrosia? Good times, I’ll have to check them out.

I have my staple bands that I always listen to, but as far as new bands I’ve been listening to lately, I’ve been digging a lot of Airborne Toxic Event, Death Cab, MGMT, and Alanis’ new album.

hehe And yes, I really like Alanis Morissette.
